تبدأ كثير من مبادرات التحول بشراء نظام، ثم تُفرض طريقة عمل الجهة على النظام أو العكس، فتظهر ملفات جانبية ورسائل بريد ونماذج ورقية تعوّض ما لم يغطه النظام. الأثر النهائي محدود رغم الإنفاق. Many transformation initiatives begin by buying a system. The organisation's way of working is then forced onto the system — or the reverse — and side spreadsheets, emails and paper forms appear to cover whatever the system missed. The result is limited impact despite real spend.

نعمل بالاتجاه المعاكس: نفهم الإجراء كما يحدث فعلًا لا كما هو موثّق، ونحذف الخطوات غير الضرورية، ثم نقرر ما الذي يستحق الرقمنة وما الذي يستحق الإلغاء أصلًا. We work the other way round: we map the process as it actually happens — not as documented — remove the steps that add nothing, then decide what deserves to be digitised and what deserves to be dropped entirely.
